Everything seems to be blooming around here. Including the art! How fantastic are these photographs by Sarah K Byrne? I am in awe because a: she is using florals with her subjects, and b: double-exposure is one of my favorite techniques in photography (the results are always so wacky! In an artful way, of course).

Best of all, Sarah created a video tutorial on her blog to help you create the same kind of images! So good! Well, that’s if you own a CANON 5D MARK III, which I don’t, so I’m a bit jealous of all of you camera pros.

Have you ever tried shooting double-exposure images with film? (Using a Lomography camera or similar?)

These are stunning! I absolutely love double exposures. I shoot a lot of them with my Holga when we travel. Always such weird and wonderful results!

    Love the nature-woman theme. Precious!

Yes! The silhouette combined with florals looks perfect.
