Need a pick-me-up? Well, it’s Friday, which means, drinks on me! (and West Elm!)

This cocktail is designed to be served at a party or gathering, it looks super nice on a tray AND your guests can participate in the fun (by pouring the champagne, like, how DIY-me-some-booze is that?). French 75 is one of my favourite cocktails, it’s a classic that never disappoints. Since I didn’t want to change the flavours too much, I just added a little extra somethin’ somethin’ in the shape of tea – hibiscus tea nonetheless – which is SUPER summer appropriate.

Hibiscus – for those of you who haven’t tried this delicious flower – is tangy by nature. Back at home we drink it cold with ice and a bit of sugar (kind of like agua fresca). I merged that idea with this cocktail and BAM! The result: a tangy, bubbly, fresh, and boozy cocktail that will A: cool you down and B: make you look like a pro.

This is one of my last collabs with West Elm for the summer (sad face!) so you better go get this recipe! Jump over to Front & Main to get the full scoop.

Happy weekend!

This looks fantastic! The French 75 is my favorite, so I’m very excited to try this :)
