Dia de Muertos via Artful Desperado

So I’m breaking the radio silence! I am here and I am still alive and well, just haven’t been able to get down for some good ol’ bloggin time, mainly because I’ve been busy trying to finish up some projects, which, at the end of the day pay my rent and internet…which I kinda need for blogging.

A couple weeks ago I did some styling for a client for Dia de Muertos, you know? The super rad Mexican holiday that celebrates death – that’s right – we ain’t afraid of it! This one of my favourite holidays along with christmas because you get together with friends and family..and pig out! Let’s be honest, it’s all about the food.

Since I live in Canada though, I’ll embrace my new pagan roots and I’ll dress up in a macabre costume that shall creep the fuck out people. That or I’ll just eat lots of candy and still creep the fuck out of people.
