Dairy-Free Frozen Lemon Custard with Summer Berry Crumble

Dairy-Free Frozen Lemon Custard with Summer Berry Crumble

I made a new recipe for Baked The Blog (you know, where canadianos get baked together). It’s super yummy and has all the stuff we love about summer: pies, custard, berries, ice cream – seriously, this is the shizzz.

Bless you for this recipe. So much better than store-bought “rice dream” and coconut milk ice cream!

The rice dream one is too chalky for my taste, don’t you think? Hope you like this one! :)

Love the food, but craving that 2-cup dry measuring cup. Any lead on where to get one?
    Thanks.

Hmmm, I just used the regular cup for it, I don’t use different cups for the recipes here so you should be good!
