Dudes of the artful block, I have something good for you. Something you’ll want to hang on your walls. Something so simple yet so striking that could turn zombies into skillful art curators.
I am talking about Anton Stankowski and his Functional Graphics. I mean honestly, it is one of those things that makes me say “fuck, why didn’t I think of that” – meaning – I love it! and I am freaking jealous that I didn’t do it (maybe I should start a The Jealous Curator spin-off called… The Jealous Mexicator, lovely!)
I think these graphics could add a very, very bold statement to any space. Even though they are just lines, if you look really close or if you just stare at them, you start to see cool shit. It’s amazing. Anton’s work has that power – either that or – I just ate too much fuckin Greek food for dinner and the tzatziki went straight up to my brain.
Regardless. Anton. You genius, you. We love your work (yes, I included you). Keep filling the world with your marvelous graphics.

Reminds me of those pictures you unfocus your eyes to look at, and then an image pops out. I keep expecting to see a unicorn! I take it back, I think I just saw a reindeer… and I didn’t even have any Greek food!

haha. I know! I never was able to see any images on those ones so I just would pretend after 3 mins of staring and nothing “oh yeah… so cool” These ones tho are easy!
