Creativity Found In Minerals

Yes. Minerals. My devotion. My obsession. Oddly enough I just re-started a new mineral collection (I say re-start because I did have one when I was a kid and it got packed in some box and never saw it again). The new collection has crystals donated by my kind friends.

While we are on the topic of minerals, take a look at these fantastic, UNREAL pictures by Carly Waito (make sure to keep reading after the images)

Ok now back to me. So, these aren’t photographs, these actually are PAINTINGS!!! Mother F*&#@!!! I mean seriously, how can one not be depressed when all you can draw are stick dummies and you see people like Carly that have alien-like talents creating stunning art. Unreal. The things humans can achieve with oil paint and masonite.
