Aged Beautiful: Patterns

I have always had a secret crush for patterns and vintage illustrations but it wasn’t until recently that I actually admitted I have such feelings for them. There is just something about these shapes and random elements that puts my mind at ease. I read somewhere that a lot of artists that are extremely talented at designing patterns have a bit of an OCD and some form of crazy anxiety and that’s why they come up with such intricate designs. It totally makes sense. They transform their tangled thoughts and ideas into creative coloured forms. Hey, in that case, I am on my way to pattern making stardom!

Here are some new favourites. They aren’t so “patterny” but still, imagine having these made into wall art {*sigh}
