Mannn oh man, this mojito is gonna bring chill times to your weekend. Especially since it’s a cool variation on the classic recipe, this one is a bit of a digestive / mojito. The “digestive” part is the port that I added to it, but don’t worry, this isn’t some crazy health new craze, it’s just what europeans drink to chill after a long meal, so you know it’s legit.
The mix of sweet port, with mint, boozy rum, and a splash of bubbly water is just perfect to sit back and relax after stuffing your face on the last bbq of the year (let’s be real, summer is almost gone).
